10th yearly session (Paris - France) A JOINT INITIATIVE OF THE CRANS MONTANA FORUM AND THE GRADUATE INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL STUDIES

The yearly International Summit on Transnational Crime, for more than ten years, has been the unique meeting point for Governments, Judicial Administrations, International Organisations and Businesses to discuss the ways of fighting International Economic Crime and Terrorism in order to secure business and foreign investment. In 2008 this major event takes place in Paris.

By decision published on April 14, 2008, our Chairman Mr. Jean-Paul Carteron has been appointed Professor of Strategic Studies and Study of War (Polemologie) at the Graduate School of International Studies in Paris, one of the oldest Universitary Institutions in France.

In the framework of the Strategic Partnership between the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales de Monte-Carlo and the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales of Paris, of January 16th 2008, we are pleased to announce that the module participants of the High Level Courses dedicated to Homeland Security will receive a Certificate of “advanced training”.

The participants who attend both modules will receive a specialization Diploma.
